Project Management Services

Since the beginning of 2023, G&W Contracts has been delivering a comprehensive suite of Project Management Services. These services encompass the meticulous oversight of new build facilities, involving the effective management of project stakeholders, regular on-site inspections, daily whiteboard coordination meetings, and the continuous tracking and management of key project milestones. Coordination meetings with senior management further ensure that all aspects of the project remain aligned and on track.

In addition to domestic projects, we provide international Construction Project Management consulting services. These include offering expert advice to enhance project efficiencies, conducting facility audits to ensure alignment with global standards, and performing cost-saving analyses on contract package installations.

Our additional Project Management services also extend to conducting weekly facilities reviews aimed at scoping refurbishment projects. These reviews focus on improving operational efficiency, health and safety, and regulatory compliance. This process is carried out in close collaboration with the client, ensuring a clear understanding and realization of the facility improvement objectives.
