Secure Room Refurbishment

As Principal Contractor, G&W oversaw the coordination of various sub-contractors and fulfilled the role of PSCS for the Secure Room Refurbishment project in 2022.

This project involved the refurbishment of a high-security room designed to store highly valuable goods within a live warehouse environment. The scope of work included the installation of a Eurobond wall system, advanced security systems, electrical upgrades, and a sectional door package. The project demanded close collaboration with the operations and site security teams to ensure there was no disruption to warehouse activities or compromise of security standards. The works were completed successfully, on time, and within budget.
